Currently, the popularity of mascots made of latex is gaining momentum. And don’t confuse latex with rubber. Latex and rubber have a wide range of uses due to their elastic properties. Both latex and rubber are waterproof. But what’s the difference?

Latex is made from both natural rubber and synthetic rubber. The last one is obtained by chemical manipulation of various monomers. The raw material for rubber products is raw rubber sheets. Typically, latex products are pre-vulcanized, while rubber products are only vulcanized once.

What are the advantages of such production? Latex is considered a premium material. Here are its benefits:
- high elasticity;
- resilience;
- good ventilation and moisture exchange;
- versatility;
- wear resistance;
- absolute noiselessness in work;
- hygiene.
It helps to work even with the smallest forms: creating character traits, muscles and emotions. Such dolls look much more realistic, that allows you to attract the audience in every way.

Stages of production of the mascots from latex:
- Making molds from foam rubber. A full-size light base of the future doll is made and sent to the client for approval.
- Filling molds with latex. Foam molds are filled with latex to create a complete costume.
- Grinding. Before painting, the mascot is cleaned and coated with a primer.
- Painting. The future costume is covered with paint using an airbrush.

But there is a disadvantage of natural latex, it is intolerance to high temperatures. Latex does not tolerate temperatures above 40 ° C and direct exposure to ultraviolet radiation.
The latex dolls look unique and realistic, so they will definitely be the center of attention at your event. You can order a mascot by leaving a request or by calling / WhatsApp +7(963)-108-7545
